En nuestro caso, Primitivo Collantes es uno de esos nombres, el nombre de un vitivinicultor de Chiclana de la Frontera que consigue que la albariza y el Atlántico llenen tu copa y te hagan viajar a Cádiz con cada sorbo.
Viña Matalián 2019 es un monovarietal de Palomino plantado sobre suelo de albariza en la viña que lleva su nombre, situada a 96 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Para su elaboración solo se utiliza el mosto yema, que fermenta en acero inoxidable. El vino es embotellado sin ninguna crianza.
Se presenta con un color dorado muy pálido. En nariz encontramos pera de agua, flores y notas minerales. Su boca es franca, muy cítrica, fresca y mineral, con algo más de cuerpo y con más estructura de lo que esperábamos en un vino joven. Es un vino con una gran relación calidad/precio, un vino que te hace sonreír, viajar a Cádiz a través de una copa y reafirmarte en el convencimiento de que hay algunos nombres que nunca decepcionan.

Viña Matalián 2019 is a Palomino single-varietal planted on albariza soil in the vineyard that bears its name, located at 96 meters above sea level. Only the free run juice is used for its production, which is fermented in stainless steel. The wine is bottled without any aging.
It shows itself with a very pale golden color. On the nose we find water pear, flowers and mineral notes. Its palate is frank, very citric, fresh and mineral, with a little more body and with more structure than we expected in a young wine. It’s a wine with a great value for money, a wine that makes you smile, travel to Cádiz through a glass and reaffirm the conviction that there are some names that never disappoint.
