Santiago Ruiz 2019 es un varietal de Albariño (82 %) con un aporte de Loureiro (9 %), Caíño Blanco (4 %), Treixadura (3 %) y Godello (2 %) Procedentes de viñedos propios situados en O Rosal. Las uvas, vendiamiadas a mano, fermentan, por separado, en depósitos de acero, donde también realizan una corta crianza sobre lías antes de decidirse el coupage final.
De un color amarillo pajizo con reflejos verdosos, en nariz es un vino fresco, con aromas de fruta blanca y cítricos. En boca es fácil, fresco y equilibrado. Es un vino perfecto para despedir los últimos días de calor y recibir al otoño con una sonrisa.

Santiago Ruiz 2019 is a blend of Albariño (82%) Loureiro (9%), Caíño Blanco (4%), Treixadura (3%) and Godello (2%) from the winery vineyards located in O Rosal. The grapes, hand harvested, are fermented separately in steel tanks, where they also undergo a short aging on lees before deciding the final blend.
Of a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, on the nose it’s a fresh wine, with aromas of white fruit and citrus. On the palate it’s easy, fresh and balanced. It’s a perfect wine to say goodbye to the last hot days and welcome the autumn with a smile.
