Después de haber catado Xisto Ilimitado 2018 Branco, Lavradores de Feitoria Branco Douro 2018 fue el segundo vino de la cena. Cuando lo probamos, no sabíamos nada de este proyecto; tan solo disfrutamos de un vino blanco, fresco y muy aromático, en el que la fruta de hueso (melocotón) compartía protagonismo con las flores blancas.
Más adelante supimos que la bodega es en realidad la asociación de varios viticultores que se han unido bajo una misma marca y una dirección técnica para así compartir recursos y crear sinergias.
En este caso encontramos un coupage de Malvasía y Síria que realiza una vinificación convencional en acero inoxidable y sin crianza en madera; un vino muy fácil de beber que abrió la puerta a los tintos de la noche.

After tasting Xisto Ilimitado 2018 Branco, Lavradores de Feitoria Branco Douro 2018 was the second wine of the dinner. When we tasted it, we didn’t know anything about this project; we only enjoy a white, fresh and very aromatic wine, in which the stone fruit (peach) shared prominence with the white flowers.
Later we learned that the winery is actually the association of several winemakers who have joined under the same brand and a technical direction to share resources and create synergies.
In this case we find a Malvasia and Síria coupage that performs a conventional vinification in stainless steel tanks and without any wood aging; a very easy to drink wine that opened the door to the red wines of the night.
