Hoy traemos un vino diferente que no dejará indiferente a nadie, una elaboración peculiar y muy interesante, como todas las de Microbiowines. Tenta2 2017 es un monovarietal de uva Verdejo que se vendimia cuando alcanza su momento óptimo de maduración. Las uvas se enfrían, se despalillan y se meten en una tinaja de 320 litros donde macerarán en frío durante varios días antes de iniciar una fermentación lenta con levaduras autóctonas. El vino permanecerá con sus pieles durante seis meses, tras los cuales se extraerán las pieles, y el 50 % de ellas se prensará, devolviendo ese vino prensa a la tinaja donde pasará once meses más a una temperatura de trece grados. El vino no se trasiega durante todo el tiempo ni recibe ninguna corrección y, por supuesto, no se filtra ni clarifica antes de ser embotellado.
¿Y qué hemos encontrado en nuestra copa de Tenta2? Pues una nariz cítrica con notas mentoladas y matices de la tinaja y una boca ácida, compleja y fresca; en definitiva: un vino diferente que no dejará indiferente a nadie.

Today we bring a different wine that won’t leave anyone indifferent, a peculiar and very interesting wine, like all of Microbiowines. Tenta2 2017 is a verdejo single-varietal that is harvested when it reaches its optimum ripeness. The grapes are chilled, de-stemmed and placed in a 320-liter clay jar where they will be macerated in cold for several days before starting a slow fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine will remain with its skins for six months, after which the skins will be extracted, and 50% of them will be pressed, returning that press wine to the jar where it will spend eleven more months at thirteen degrees temperature. The wine is not racked in the whole time nor receives any correction and, of course, it is not filtered nor clarified before being bottled.
And what have we found in our glass of Tenta2? Well, a citric nose with menthol notes and shades of the jar and an acid, complex and fresh palate; in short: a different wine that won’t leave anyone indifferent.
