Viña Zorzal es uno de esos proyectos de los que oyes hablar continuamente. Es el sueño de Antonio Sanz, dedicado toda su vida al mundo del vino, y que de la mano de sus hijos se ha hecho realidad.
Viña Zorzal Garnacha 2018 es un vino joven, sin madera, con poca extracción, que pretende mostrar el potencial de la Garnacha sin artificios, con una nariz discreta y especiada y una boca de una intensidad media, un tanino presente y una mineralidad que nos habla de los viñedos de Corella, Cintruénigo y Fitero, un vino fresco que muestra sin tapujos una vendimia temprana y una manera de hacer vinos con poca intervención, dejando que las levaduras propias de la uva hagan todo el trabajo y que la fruta y el terruño sean los protagonistas.

Viña Zorzal Garnacha 2018 is a young wine, without any wood, with little extraction, that aims to show the potential of the Grenache without artifice, with a discreet and spicy nose and a medium intensity palate, a present tannin and a minerality that speaks to us of the Corella, Cintruénigo and Fitero vineyards, in Navarra, a fresh wine that clearly shows an early harvest and a way of making wines with little intervention, letting the grape’s own yeasts do all the work and the fruit and the terroir be the protagonists.
